Lebanese Voices from the Past

Due to popular demand the ALHS NSW Branch is presenting: Reels and Writings: Lebanese Voices from the Past, the theme for the History Council of NSW for History Week 2023.

The presentation will examine Lebanese voices from the past via visual and material culture and the different mediums through which families communicated with one another both domestically and oveseas.

Taking the form of letters, journals, audio reels and video footage, the authentic forgotten voices of people from the past will be at the forefront of the discussion.

The presentation will be livestreamed on Zoom.
